A small harvest of beetroots from the garden meant it was time for borscht. I used the same recipe I wrote of
here. But this time I also added peas and potatoes. It's not very popular with the rest of the household but that's fine. I could eat this stuff for days!

I love that you made it more than once despite everyone else disliking it. I sometimes try that but inevitably lose steam and cave in to popular demand. or at least everyone consuming something!
Yummo-especially home grown beetroot-the best:) Poh did an interesting borsht recipe this week on her cooking show that wet my appetite and now yours-will have to make some this weekend!
